We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. If we arrive and are unable to reach you or access the appointment location after a brief grace period, the visit will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount. A few. We don’t treat patients during active pregnancy or while breastfeeding (with most formulations). Patients with kidney disease, congestive heart failure, liver disease, history of seizures, or certain blood disorders need a quick conversation with us before booking. If you have a pacemaker or any cardiac device, please mention it when you call. Your pre-visit health screening will catch most of this — we’ll never proceed if it’s not safe.
