Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through approved booking platforms. A valid payment method may be required to reserve certain services or consultations.
We recommend arriving prepared for your scheduled appointment time to ensure the best possible experience.
All medical wellness and aesthetic services are subject to consultation and provider approval. Eligibility is determined individually based on medical history, current health status, medications, lifestyle factors, and provider assessment.
Oasis Body Spa reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is determined not to be appropriate or medically advisable.
We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the reserved service amount.
Because our providers travel and reserve dedicated appointment time, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a no-show fee and may limit future booking privileges.
Certain appointments, packages, memberships, or reserved treatment times may require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits may be applied toward your scheduled service unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of medical, aesthetic, injectable, and wellness services, all completed services are non-refundable.
Unused products, memberships, or prepaid services may be subject to expiration dates, transfer restrictions, or specific package terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Individual results vary based on factors including health history, lifestyle, treatment consistency, metabolism, anatomy, and adherence to provider recommendations.
Oasis Body Spa does not guarantee specific aesthetic or wellness outcomes.
Patients are responsible for following all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by their provider.
Patients receiving mobile or in-home services agree to provide a clean, safe, and appropriate environment for treatment. Oasis Body Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Oasis Body Spa may offer third-party financing options through providers such as Cherry. Financing approval, payment terms, and eligibility are determined directly by the financing provider.
