We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. If we arrive and are unable to reach you or access the appointment location after a brief grace period, the visit will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount.
